Magseis Fairfield - Update on request for extraordinary general meeting

(Oslo, 25 February 2022) Reference is made to the announcement made on the 18th of February 2022 regarding a request for an extraordinary general meeting (EGM). The shareholders representing 6.68% of the shares have postponed their request. The board of directors of Magseis Fairfield will call for an EGM to be held no later than 22nd of March 2022.
