(Oslo, 26 March 2021) As previously announced, the annual general meeting of Magseis Fairfield ASA will be held on Wednesday 7 April 2021 at 13:00 (CEST).
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the meeting will be held online with no shareholders attending in person. Shareholders are requested to exercise their shareholder rights by either the online voting option in the web meeting, or advanced voting, or by providing a proxy to the chairperson or the CEO.
Note that the deadline for registration of advance voting and proxy is 5 April 17:00 (CEST).
